• Receiving a damaged or defective product .

• The original perfume box must be available. Returns with the package only are not accepted.
• Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries are non-refundable.
• The amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-21 working days.
• The company has the right to reject requests to return the Golden Guarantee if it is found that the customer is misusing the guarantee or in the event of repetition.
